“Too Hip, Got To Dip” Platter
Ingredients (Serves 1)
3 whole grain mozzarella sticks
2 Viking Golden Crunchy Pollock Sticks
2.5 sweet potato gems
0.25 marinara sauce
raw carrot sticks
2 oz reduced fat ranch dressing
– Cook the whole grain mozzarella sticks, the golden crunchy pollock sticks and the sweet potato gems according to the instructions on the case.
– Place 3 mozzarella sticks, 2 pollock sticks and 2.5 oz of potato gems on a serving tray with 4 oz of marinara sauce for dipping.
– Place 3 oz of raw carrot sticks and 2 oz of ranch dressing on the tray.
